Low-impact dance fitness workout to Latin and World rhythms

Class Summary

Zumba Gold® is a low-impact version of Zumba® which incorporates both verbal and visual cues to help you follow and learn the moves. These workouts are geared to the active older adult or to beginner participants just starting to get into fitness for the first time or after a long hiatus.

These on-demand classes incorporate three 10-second breaks for rehydration. Make sure that you have enough room around you to move side to side and forward and back. You will need cross-trainer shoes, a towel and water.

Sharon became certified in Zumba Gold in July 2020 after becoming certified in Zumba® Basic 1 in February 2020. She has also completed her Rhythms 2 and 3 training in Zumba and her certification in STRONG Nation™.
