Class Summary

Zumba® combines all elements of fitness (cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility) and uses low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, total body workout.

These on-demand classes incorporate three 10 second breaks to allow you to rehydrate. Make sure that you have enough room around you to move side to side and forward and back. You will need cross-trainer shoes, a towel and water.

Sharon became certified in Zumba® Basic 1 in February 2020 and has completed her Rhythms 2 and 3 training. She is also certified in Zumba Gold® and STRONG Nation™.
