High-intensity interval training with martial arts-inspired moves synced to music
Class Summary

STRONG30™ is a 30 minute version of the STRONG Nation™ program that combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. 

Make sure you have enough room around you to move side to side and forward and back. You will need cross-trainer shoes, a mat for floor exercises, a towel and water. Gloves (optional) may be used to provide more cushion to hands during floor exercises.

Sharon became certified in STRONG Nation™ in July 2020 after becoming certified in Zumba® Basic 1 in February 2020. She has also completed her Rhythms 2 and 3 training in Zumba and her certification in Zumba Gold.
